Best Buy Magnolia Store delivers a broken 1080p LCD TV and won't replace or repair. They have had aweful service and have lost my information in the store computer system. I spent 4.5 hors today alone on the phone with Best Buy "Agents" I wonder if Samsung is ahvinh LCD problems in high end LCD HDTV. Video demonstartes broken TV with HOT spot in a dark rectangle that is worsening with time. I wish Best Buy had better support. At this point I would recommend no one buy a high end TV from a Best Buy Magnilia Store unless CEO Brad Anderson improves his customer service. Keep in mind this one purchase alone cost me more than $10000 in multile tv's and bluray Players. You would think Brad Anderson CEO of Best Buy would offer some higher level support for customers that spend this kind of money.
